After you enable shipment tracking, the customer will receive a text message with a link to a map, on which he or she will be able to track your location. The link to the map is also available on their Clicktrans account. Your location will only be visible to the customer on whose delivery you enabled shipment tracking.
If you select the “En route” status, the customer will be able to track the location of his or her delivery only when you approach the end of the route (100–25 km before the delivery address, depending on the length of the route and how specific the delivery address is).
If you select the “En route PRO” status, the customer will be able to track your location as soon as you change the status of the delivery.
