Reassigning a delivery from another transport provider from your company
Sometimes it’s necessary to take over a transport job from another courier from the company. In order to do that, choose “Assign to me” next to the specific delivery on the list of accepted quotes.
You can reassign deliveries with the following status:
- “Waiting for transport”
- “En route”
- “En route PRO”
In every case, choosing “Assign to me” will change the delivery status to “Waiting for transport”.
