We only charge a success fee when your transaction is completed.
A summary invoice is issued at the end of each month. It includes all costs and fees.
The amount due has to be paid by the 7th of the following month.
You will be informed about unpaid amounts via email.
To check your current account balance and billing history, go to My Account>
Payments.
If your payment isn’t completed on time, your account may be suspended.
To unlock it, you need to complete your outstanding payments.
Payments can be made:
- online
- by credit card
- via bank transfer.
To pay, go to
My Account> Payments> Pay now and choose a convenient payment method.
