How can I get my fee back?


1) Log in

2) Go to My quotes > Refunds >  Refunds and click on ‘Submit a fee refund request’ for your chosen transaction, then complete the form.

 


You will have to specify why you are requesting a refund (within 30 days). After completing the form, you will be notified about the next step. You will receive an amended invoice if an invoice has already been issued for this fee.
