Easy to schedule and talk too. The van was 20m3 and with plastic covers instead of those white closed vans but everything was safe, didn't make a difference. The driver alone helped me put everything inside the van, carefully and heard my feedback.

once they have arrived to pick up our stuff, we had to cancel all job because of their absolute unprofessionality. One young guy arrived, with very doubtful-looking van, all quite dodgy, the lady on the phone was very rude and offensive.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM. Please, do not believe any of the positive reviews, I beg you. They will not comply with anything you sign with them. They loaded past midnight and broke our TV and they have no insurance. Is all lies and we will never be refunded.

Sehr freundlich, aber leider unprofessionell gelaufen. Im Wesentlichen kamen Fahrer und keine echten Träger. Sie hatten auch keine Gurte, Rodel oder ähnliches zum Transportieren. Insofern war intensives Helfen der einzige Weg den Transport abzuschließen.
