damaged vehicle, they placed dirty motorcycle parts inside my car. payment with Cash does not issue an invoice. They cheat clicktrans, deceive the customer and compete unfairly with other companies. not recommended . company owner laughs at my situation.

The car was delivered, so not negative, But several issues happened. Different dates in different places, payment issues (was told I could use card, but then wanted money on delivery). Was told I was informed of things when I was not contacted. Beware.

I think the client can be assessed in one word - LIAR. He knew about the terminal failure and on the spot he said he didn't know. When he was informed, he was asked for a transfer - but he said we wanted to cheat him, so we were told he would pay at the unloading site in cash - but he said he would pay by transfer. The customer thinks he is a person who can decide about everything because he has such a whim. Next time, please use a different carrier, maybe you will gain some humility. Fortunately, we have few such strange customers and it is impossible to please everyone. The car was unloaded according to the declared time and in the same condition as during loading. I do not recommend it because it is a waste of nerves - there are plenty of other customers. ]

Pan nie dostał żądanej zniżki w wysokości 300e i się popłakał wystawiając komentarz. Nie polecam również , chyba że nie ma się już na prawdę czego zabrać. Na szczęście naszą skuteczność widać w ponad 550 opiniach pozytywnych co za tym idzie 97% skutecznej obsługi. Szkoda czasu na takie osoby ...Terminy były podane i poinformowaliśmy ,ze odbierzemy auto w przyszłym tygodniu - oczekiwałeś ponad 30% zmniejszenia ceny - dobrze ,że nie za darmo mieliśmy odebrać . Grzecznie Cię poinformowaliśmy ,że transport jest transportem, łączonym a nie twoim prywatnym i ,że zmiany terminu zdarzają się -choćby nawet ze względu na sztormy na bałtyku co spowodowało że nasze auto nie przepłynęło do Niemiec ze Szwecji . Er versteht nicht, dass die Börse kein Sandkastenspiel ist, er kann sich nicht vorstellen, dass dieser Preis zu zahlen ist, wenn ich das Angebot von 1000e annehme.
