nice customer but cannot understand that a 2000 km car has the right to be an hour late In the future, the customer's road is traffic jams, police and customs checks at the borders accidents and the driver, despite being tired, arrived on time

EXCUSE ME?! I tried to be nice in my review even tho you arrived 6H LATE AND AT 3AM. What is not right is that my 70yo father had to CARRY ALL the boxes for 10min because the driver didn't charge his mobile and he didn't park in the building as agreed.]
