Avoid at all cost. 2 days before the scheduled pick up they emailed me to say their car was broken and couldn't pick up the bike any more. This was after I had emailed them several times to ask to confirm the pick up date and I was told all was ok.

Joanna and Peter did an amazing job. They brought my bike from London to Ibiza and everything was perfect. They took very good care of the bike, they were on time and they were great in the communication before and during the transport. Excellent service.
