Mr. Kamil did not answered to my queries in regards of the pick up of the vehicle for days, then he answered that there was a break down on the lorry and that the pick up had to be moved 4 days. At the end I did not send my car with him as I lost trust.

The transport did not worked out as expected. The car was supposed to arrive in 4 days and at the end it took 7 days due to two unexpected break downs of the delivery truck. Kamil was communicating all the time, so overall it was not that bad.

Car received in good condition, service OK and as an improvement it would be nice to be able to folow the driver on the day of deliver (eg. Share position) in order to be able to make the handover just when the driver arrives.

Kamil delivered my shipment from Warsaw to Barcelona very professionally, on schedule (to the minute), at a reasonable cost and quickly. At no point in time, I was worried about his performance. I highly recommend his service.
