How can I provide feedback?



The feedback process involves leaving a short comment about the performance of the transport provider:

1) Log in

2) Go to Feedback > Leave feedback and click on Leave feedback on the transaction you wish to rate.

If this tab is empty, it means that you have no transactions to rate.





3) Select one of three available feedback ratings – positive, neutral or negative – and write your comment.  





Comments can only be posted to finalised transactions.
