Naming the devices that are co-using the “Clicktrans – for couriers” app

The “Clicktrans – for couriers” app can be co-used by multiple people from the same company. Every person can use it from their own phone or a tablet – for example, to assign specific deliveries to themselves. In the app you will be able to see the names of the devices used by other couriers, such as iPhone5 or SamsungS8.

You can also name every device after the person to which it belongs. This makes it much easier to check who has taken specific deliveries. In order to do this:

Log in to your account on Clicktrans.com.
Access “My account” (top right corner of the page).
Go to “Profile” > “Mobile app users”.
Edit device names. It’s recommended to change these to the names of the owners of each device:
