Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from Contract for Services

We kindly inform that you have the right to withdraw from this Contract without providing any justification within the period of 14 days.

The Contract withdrawal due date expires within 14 days from concluding the Contract.

In order to withdraw from the contract, please kindly inform „IQSC Solutions” with registered office in Gdynia (81-519) przy ul. Powstania Styczniowego 19, e-mail: support@clicktrans.com about your decision to withdraw from this Contract in the form of unequivocal statement (e.g. in the form of a letter, fax, e-mail).

You might also use Contract Termination Form (not required).

In order to keep the deadline to withdraw from the Contract, kindly send a notice on Contract Termination before the period of 14 days expires.


Consequences of Contract Termination

Shall you withdraw from Contract for paid service, we will reimburse all the costs to you at our earliest convenience and not later than within 14 days upon receiving your decision on Contract termination. The costs shall be reimbursed by the same method they were transferred originally, unless you consent to any other method; you will not be charged with any fees related with reimbursement.

Shall the paid services be rendered before you terminate the contract, we will reimburse proportional costs to the extent of services already rendered until we received your notice on Contract termination.
