Terms and Conditions: Appendix 4. Maintenance Policy

1. IQSC uses their best efforts to provide correct and undisturbed operation of Clicktrans. However, as IT system used by Clicktrans is large in scale, system failures and technical errors related to equipment or software might occur. In any case, IQSC thrives to mitigate the negative consequences of technical problems.

2. In order to improve the website and minimise the risk of failure, temporary maintenance works shall be scheduled to update the system. IQSC thrives to minimise the inconvenience caused by maintenance works. Therefore, if possible, the maintenance works shall be schedule for night hours.
