What information can I change?
Personal details:
Sole Proprietorship:
Company: Any changes or updates are not allowed. It is forbidden to share your account with other people and use accounts of other users. Granting access to a person whose account was previously suspended results in blocking your current account.
Exceptions: you can change the name or surname if:
- it was mistakenly entered during registration;
- your marital status has changed;
- there was a legal change of name or surname.
Our agent will update your details after receiving a scan of your ID with new personal details.
Joint-stock companies: You can only change the account manager.
Mobile phone number - change is possible, but must be verified by SMS code again.
Company name - can only be changed if you do not change the data such as National Court Register number or payer’s tax identification number.
This change requires providing new documents (the new name of the company).
URL of website - change is possible.
Company legal address - change is possible, but you must send an updated NCR entry with the new address.
National Court Registry:
Companies – any changes are not allowed (exception: transfer of an enterprise or its organised part).
National Business Registry Number:
Sole Proprietorship: an update or change is allowed. If the same account owner had dissolved one enterprise and set up another one, they can still use the same Clicktrans account.
