The shipment will consist of three parts. Two armrests and the central part of the sofa. The dimensions are for the whole assembled unit, length will be -40cm without the armrests. I will need help to carry it one floor up into the room, no lift. The exact date is aprox 50 days from ordering, so probably end of December, start of January.
