When transporting glassware, the hardest part is securing the load before transport. In this case simple package will not be sufficient. You must fill the space between your load and walls of the container with materials that will prevent any jolting of the glass during transport. The best way to ensure that is to fill the package with Styrofoam or spongy materials that will prevent potential jolting and save your glass from shattering. Additionally you need to wrap your cargo in bubble foil, particularly all the elements that are delicate and prone to damage. Close the bubble foil with adhesive tape to make sure it won’t loosen during transport. When you finished wrapping, you need to fil all of the empty space left in the container – with Styrofoam or even pieces of cardboard.

If you need to transport big elements of glassware (like mirrors or window glass) you should not only protect it from breaking, but also from fracturing. You can surround the glass with substantial sheet of bubble wrap, tie it with adhesive tape and place it in a container. Make sure to mention on top of the package that it contains glassware. You could also use pre-made labels for delicate packages.

Small glassware (like goblets or bottles} could be secured by old newspapers, paper or even towels. Next phase is to place them in a box so that they won't knock against each other while transported. The same way you should secure porcelain and crystals. When transporting big glassware products (like chandeliers) it is best to use an extra layer of soft materials, e.g. sponge or clothes.

Price of glassware transport hinge on weight and dimensions of the load, distance and delivery dates. Additional price-defining aspect is whether or not you want to use professional packing materials as well as aid securing the load.
