Leider wurde nach Auftragsannahme bei Fahrzeugabholung der Preis um 100€ erhöht weil das Auto mehr wiegt als wie im clicktrans System angegeben ist. Ich habe nirgendswo das Gewicht eingetragen. Man sollte sein angebot einhalten. Ansonsten war transport ok

Communication was very difficult (I don't speak Polish). There were constant delays of several days, of which I was not informed (I had to ask if they'd come, after waiting and losing a lot of time). Rude behaviour. Convenient price.

A TERRIBLE experience. The car collection constantly delayed. The quote given without contract or notes re belongings. Collected at a remote place, late. Delivery was late and they tried to demand extra money. I refused and they are now harassing me.

Przewoźnik stwierdził iż będzie problem z załadunkiem silnika ,zmiana ceny , rozłączył się mówiąc iż jest w sklepie i nie oddzwonił .Po mojej rezygnacji na 4 dni przed usługą kazał mi zapłacić 3500zł za nic, sprawa zgłoszona.
