The transport was flawless, even same day, nothing was damaged from what I could see. A very minor thing, is that I initially asked for 2 people for loading and unloading, but 2 people were only at loading. But it was clarified before the transport.

Ludzie najwyraźniej z łapanki. O przeprowadzkach pojęcia brak, brak też zabezpieczenia mienia. Meble i sprzęty częściowo uszkodzone. Jeden z kierowców pojechał 200 km (!) za daleko, kiepska komunikacja. Nie powierzyłbym im nawet transportu ziemniaków.

poor transporter. the truck is not suitable for furniture transport. various furniture badly damaged during transport. nothing heard from transporter after complaint. no help from the driver with loading, although this was agreed.

Przewoźnik umówił się ze mną na szybki termin odbioru, po czym, po zaakceptowaniu przeze mnie oferty, poinformował, że nie będzie w stanie wykonać transportu w tym terminie, szkoda że musiałam sama napisać, żeby otrzymać informację o zmianach w terminie.

El conductor no pudo realizar la entrega en el lugar acordado debido al tacógrafo de su camión. Quizá tendría que haber calculado mejor la distancia a recorrer entre el origen y el destino. Así que me tuve que desplazar a por el vehículo. Todo bien.
