Two-Factor Authentication
Want to make sure no unauthorized person gets access to your data? Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Account Details.
- Select the Security tab.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1: Start the process
Once you enter the Security tab, you will see an introductory screen explaining the benefits of this feature. To get started, click the orange Begin button.

Step 2: Link your account with a mobile app
On the next screen, you will see instructions along with a unique QR code.
- Download the app: Install a free authenticator app on your phone (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy). You can easily find them in the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
- Scan the QR code: Open the app on your phone, select the option to add a new account, and point your camera at the QR code displayed on your screen. If you are configuring everything directly on your mobile device, you can click the Copy code button instead and paste it manually into the app.
- Move forward: Once the app starts displaying digits for your account, click the Proceed to verification button.
Important: After successfully enabling two-factor authentication, you will be logged out of all devices. You will need to log back in—this time using your new security layer.
Step 3: Enter the verification code
A panel with fields for entering the code will appear on your screen.

Look at your phone—a 6-digit code is now being displayed in your authenticator app. Type it into the empty fields on the page. Keep in mind that for security reasons, this code changes automatically every 30 seconds, so make sure to enter it right away.
You're all set! From now on, your account is protected at the highest level. Every time you log in, the system will ask you for a fresh code from the app on your phone.
