Other loads transport

The price of load delivery depends on the size of the items that are to be shipped, date of pickup and delivery and route length between the pickup and destination point.

Types of loads

Load shipment is divided into subcategories, e.g. pallet transport, part truck loads, full truck loads, direct truck loads, containers and dumper.

Pallet shipment

Pallets serve as a base where you can without harm place smaller elements and packages of items. The most popular type of them are EUR pallets. What can you transport on pallets? Especially furniture, food, glass, parcels, construction materials, windows or chemical materials.

LTL

Less than truckload is a type of shipment in which the cargo needs to be transported by a heavy loaded-truck. However, the load occupies only some part of space in a car. In this case you utilise articulated lorry, semi-trailer truck, cooling truck or isothermal vehicle.

Full truckload

Full truckload is a type of transport in which the cargo takes the entire space in a van. For this type of transport one could use different kinds of heavy-loaded trucks.

Containters

Shipping particular kinds of items may require a container – specifically when shipping liquids and loose materials. In containers you can without any problem transport small objects in metal chests, packages, cartoon boxes or plastic bags. It is also feasible to transport pallets this way.

Tipper transport

Dumper truck is usually used to transport liquids and powdery materials. You can easily recognise that vehicle by the characteristically tipped loading containter.

Other loads

Items that do not fall into the categories mentioned above can be called „other loads”. Among them you can find: staging shipment, windows shipment or digger transport.
