Transporting a caravan

Transporting a caravan is often correlated with great deal of difficulties, but in fact it is much less difficult than we realize. If you want to transport a caravan on your own, don’t forget to check if your driving license allows you to do that.

Kinds of caravans

1) Conventional caravan – as the name suggests, this is the most popular kind of caravan. This type has four strong walls as well as a full height rood. 5) Camper trailers – this type of caravan offers not as much living space as most of the types described above, but thanks to having the most needed elementary equipment (shower, hot water and so on) camper trailers are considered to be a comfortable as well as economical way of travelling. 

F The fifth-wheeler – this is the largest kind of caravan. It provides with considerable amount of living space, which allows whole families to travel in comfort. Due to its considerable size,  the fifth-wheeler requires a larger vehicle to tow it (like a pickup truck).

It is not always possible to transport a caravan on your own – it depends on whether you have right amount of time to drive necessary distance and whether the caravan itself is functional.
