The mirror must be picked up between 14th January and 21st January. You have to get in contact with the theatre staff before these dates and after 04th January (they are on holiday right now). Problem is about the weight: I have no idea about the weight - even the theatre staff has no idea. Because in the moment it is at the wall. I think it will be not so heavy as we think.
