Sometimes it is impossible to transport a caravan by yourself – such decision hinges on whether you have right amount of time to travel necessary route and whether the caravan itself is capable of covering the distance.

If you choose to hire a transport provider to transport your caravan, make sure you have the exact dimensions of the caravan. Additionally check if its insurance hasn’t expired. Moreover, instruct the transport provider about condition of the caravan – like whether lights are fully functional.

Furthermore, shipping companies frequently have product liability insurance, which will ensure you a compensation, if any damage is done to the caravan on the road.
