Contacting the customer
To arrange all the details about the transport service, you can send a message to the customer.
We recommend clarifying all doubts before you finalise the transaction.
1. Questions about delivery:
To ask a question before quoting, click ‘
Ask Question’ about a chosen item (at the bottom of the listing).
2. Messages regarding your quote:
If you’ve already quoted, you can send an additional message to the customer. Go to the listing page, expand the quote, and click ’
Send message’.
Both you and the customer will be notified about messages in your mailbox.
All received and sent messages can be found in
My Account>
Messages.
