the customer leaves the car in the parks guarded here 4 days earlier than he accepted the offer he knew perfectly well that he would have to pay for parking he knew the exact day of picking up the car given 2 days earlier he had a phone call to the driver

We agreed on "exact pickup time will be communicated by phone". This did not happen, driver just picked up the car. Unexpected parking costs (>200€) were paid without any consultation and refund requested. Communication not based on facts but accusations.
