Withdrawing a quote


If your quote is no longer valid, or for any reason you wish to withdraw it, you can do so at any point until it is accepted by the customer.

To do this, go to: My Account -> My quotes, find the quote in the “Active” tab and select “Withdraw a quote”.

Remember that your quote is binding. When the customer accepts your quote, you will not be asked to re-confirm. Accepting the quote means you enter into a contract.

Please withdraw quotes that are no longer valid.
